to track actions on your 'Thank you' pages
(e.g. Order confirmation page) you'll need
to customize the ACTION variable of your
tracking code. Optionally you might want
to use the AMOUNT variable in your tracking
code to track the dollar amount of a particular
purchase.

I need custom tracking code for campaign
or PPC search engine tracking?
No, you'll
need to use the standard tracking code,
however, you'll only need to set up a campaign
record in the Tracking Administration.
What is
the Javascript (.js) include file needed
for? Does it pose a security risk?
No.
The include file contains the second part
of the tracking code. It can't access your
web server due to the nature of the Javascript
language.
